What does Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Operators Certified mean?
This means that Aerial Vantage has been certified by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. Our certificate number CASA.UOC.0641. The certificate is granted pursuant to regulation 101.335 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 (CASR)
Holding the above means you can be assured we conduct our services in a safe and complaint manner at all times.

Is Aerial Vantage insured?
Yes. Aerial Vantage is fully insured and maintains rigorous risk management policies and procedures.

How soon can you provide aerial images?
Delivery is dependent on certain factors relating to the location, time and type of work to be completed. Once we have all the details of your project requirements, we will be able to provide an estimate on delivery of the images or footage. CASA have strict guidelines and authorisation procedures in place, and if these procedures are not followed, fines and penalties apply. As such, you can rest assured that we will not put your business in a questionable position as we adhere strictly to the guidelines and regulations CASA have set for the industry.

What information do you need prior to filming?
An Aerial Vantage team member will be in touch with you within 3 hours of your initial contact. Over the phone, in email or in person which ever is preferable – the basics we will require you to tell us what you need, where it is to be filmed and when you require the footage.
